This world renowned tequila is so exclusive, it is only produced and released in the best years of production. The lengthy handcrafted production process is meticulously supervised by our greatest experts. The process begins with the best selection of quality agaves that have reached a maturing stage of no less than 10 years. Following our tradition, the agaves are steam cooked for several days in stone ovens obtaining a very select extract which is distilled twice, followed by several years of slow ageing in new French oak casts. When it reaches the peak of ageing, the Tequila Master performs the marriage of the finest selection of aged tequilas. The result is 1800 Colección, an aged tequila with a silky consistency and a deep golden color, a smooth mellow taste with a subtle touch of almond, revealing a very special distinctive flavor.

1800 Colección is such an exceptional tequila that for each production, the family employs a different Latin artist to design an exclusive package to showcase this product. World-renowned Mexican artist, Alejandro Colunga, was commissioned to create the latest design for 1800 Colección, which includes a one-of-a-kind label with a pewter and glass decanter. Tasting Notes:

Color: Dark Amber with copper highlights
Aroma: Deep oak, vanilla, toasted almonds, cloves and pepper.
Flavor: Vanilla, oak, almonds, spice, toasted coconut
Finish: Velvety rich, smooth, complex finish
Age: Rested in French Limousin oak barrels for 5 years with added reserves that are up to 50 years old.
